To display emails from another platform, you need to add the account by going to Preferences and selecting Mail Accounts.
- Select one of the email clients displayed.
- A form will appear requiring you to fill in your email address, username, and password.
- Once you've completed the fields, select Connect. Note: If you take an action in Webmail while operating from another account, the changes will be reflected in the account you are using. For example, if you have a Gmail account connected to Webmail and made changes within the Webmail environment, they will be reflected in your Gmail account.
Custom Email Account Setup
If you choose a custom account or domain, you will see the following form:
It is recommended, that you go into the account settings of the email you want to add and find the information required to complete the connection under the preferences section. You should be able to locate the incoming mail server, port, encryption, and outgoing mail server and port. Be sure to check that POP/IMAP is enabled in your email account settings.
