The Data Usage panel shows how much of your mailbox quota you are using. This guide shows where to check your storage and how much space is left.
Step 1 — Open Settings
Click your avatar in the top-right corner and select Settings.
Step 2 — Open Data Usage
Select Data Usage (blue) from the Account section of the settings sidebar.
Step 3 — Review your Storage Summary
Review the Storage Summary (blue) — it shows how much space you have used out of your total quota, with the percentage and a bar for a quick visual.
Tip: To free up space, use Expunge deleted messages higher on the same panel to clear out messages still held in your folders.
