Turn on inbound email authentication so Webmail verifies that incoming messages really come from the domains they claim. This guide shows how to enable the SPF and DKIM checks.
Step 1 — Open Settings
Click your avatar in the top-right corner and select Settings.
Step 2 — Select Safe and Spam Senders
Select Safe and Spam Senders from the settings sidebar.
Step 3 — Enable inbound email authentication
Click the Enable inbound email authentication switch (blue) to turn it on. Webmail then verifies incoming mail using Check SPF and Check DKIM (green), which switch on automatically.
Note: SPF confirms the message came from a server authorised by the sender's domain, and DKIM confirms the message wasn't altered in transit. Together they help block forged and spoofed email.
Step 4 — Click Save Updates
Click Save Updates to apply your change.
