The WhatsApp Chat allows website visitors to send messages directly to your WhatsApp number with a single click, opening the WhatsApp application on their device with your number and their message pre-filled.
To add the WhatsApp Chat Widget to your website, locate it in the Options section from the left menu and activate it. This will enable the chat bubble at the bottom right of your website.
Configuring the Widget
To configure the application, click the Manage button available in the Options tab from the left panel. This will open the Properties panel on the right side of your screen. Unlike other apps that use popup windows, the WhatsApp Widget settings appear as this side panel. When you enter edit mode, the chat bubble will automatically appear next to the panel to show your changes in real-time.
