In “Email Settings”, you can view or delete the sender emails that you have set up. You can also add a new sender email.

“Sender and Reply-to Email Addresses” list. Displays all sender emails that you have already set up.

The “status” column shows you whether the email has been verified (“Confirmed”) or has not been verified (“Pending”).

To verify an email address, you have two choices:

To complete the verification, find the verification email in your inbox, open the email and then click on the link in the email.

If you can’t find the verification email in your inbox, then click on “Resend” (status column – to the right of “Pending”). Announcer Pro will send a verification email to that address.. To add a sender email address, enter email address and click on “Apply” in “Add Sender Email Address” section.

In "Company Information", you can change your company information.
Your company information appears in the footer of all sent email emails as contact information.

You can make changes and then click on “Accept” to change your company information.
