Manage Emails
Use “Manage Emails” to:

Check on the status of emails.
-
Make changes to or re-schedule emails that you have already created but have not yet sent.

Create a new email by copying another email.

Delete emails.
1. Check on the status of emails.
The first icon in the right-most column is the status of the email:
-
means the email has been sent.
-
The “date sent” column shows when the email was sent.
-
You cannot make changes to the email.
-
You can make a copy of the email (to create another email).
-
You can delete or the email.
-
-
means the email is a draft that has not been scheduled for sending.
-
The “date sent” column is blank.
-
You can make changes to the email (for those emails which created in a new generation AnnouncerPro).

You can schedule the email.
-
You can make a copy of the email (for those emails which created in a new generation AnnouncerPro).

You can delete or the email.
-

means the email has been scheduled to be sent.
-
The “date sent” column shows when the email is scheduled to be sent.

You can make changes to the email (for those emails which created in a new generation AnnouncerPro).

You can re-schedule the email (for those emails which created in a new generation AnnouncerPro).

You can make a copy of the email (for those emails which created in a new generation AnnouncerPro).

You can delete the email.

means the email has not been sent and has expired.

If you see this status, it means that you’ve selected a sender email address that has not yet been verified. You need to do one of the following:

Copy the email and re-schedule, but select a sender email address that has been verified (for those emails which created in a new generation AnnouncerPro).

Copy the email and re-schedule, but first verify the sender email address. (To verify, find the verification email in your in box and click on the link in the email) (for those emails which created in a new generation AnnouncerPro).

means the email is currently being sent.

You cannot make changes to the email.

You cannot make a copy of the email until it is finished sending.

You cannot delete the email.

2. Make changes to / re-schedule emails
You can make changes to or re-schedule emails that you have already created but have not yet sent.
Find and select (click on) the email you want to make changes to. (Note: you can only make changes to emails that have not already been sent and to those which have been created in the new generation AnnouncerPro).
After you select an email, there are 4 “buttons” in the upper right that will now be activated.

“Email Details” button - click on this if you want to make changes to the company info, sender email address, subject line. You will find that this process is identical to the process outlined in “Create an Email”.

“Choose Contacts” button - click on this if you want to make changes to the contacts that will receive your email. You will find that this process is identical to the process outlined in “Create an Email”.

“Edit Email” button - click on this if you want to make changes to the email template. The page with the template “Editor” will be opened and you will be able to make changes. For specific details on how to use the editor click the help link on the screen in the upper left-hand corner on the editor page.

“Schedule Email” button - click on this button to make changes to when your email will be delivered. You will find that this process is identical to the process outlined in “Create an Email”.
3. Copy an email
You can copy an existing email and adjust it for you next email campaign by clicking on “Copy” button next to a required email.
4. Delete an email
You can delete an existing email or draft to not overload a list of emails by clicking on “Delete” button next to a required email.
