Select the Get 5 Star Reviews tile then select the Get Reviews tab.
To send your survey to a customer group, select Add Customer Group.
Select Add Customer Group from the My Reviews page. To create a new group, select Create Customer Group. Select the + icon to add a new group.
Enter the name of the customer group and select the checkbox next to each customer you would like to add to the group. Select the “Add” button.
The customers will now be added to the group. Select Save.
The customer group has now been created.
