Adding a New Appointment
In some cases your clients may schedule an appointment over the phone, or by email for example. You can add these appointments to your calendar through the Appointment Manager.
- Open your Appointment Scheduler.
- Click Manage Scheduled Appointments.
- In the Appointment Manager, click New Appointment.
- Complete the following Appointment Details:
- Status: If you can confirm this appointment, select Scheduled. Otherwise, select Requested.
- Select the Service type.
- Select the Staff Member.
- Enter the Date and Time.
- Complete the following Client Details:
- Client Name
- Email Address
- Phone Number
- Notes
- Click Add.
Editing an Existing Appointment
You can edit your appointments when you need to change details or to update it's status.
- Open your Appointment Scheduler.
- Click Manage Scheduled Appointments.
- Click on the appointment that you want to edit.If you are viewing in list mode, hover over the appointment date and click the Edit button.
- Apply changes and click Update.
