1. I have created Google Business Profile with Google directly
If you have created a Google Business Profile directly with Google and in the Google app, then you will need to check the status of your verification directly with the Google Business team. Online Marketing Center can check for the status of the verification only for the users who created their Google Business Profile using the Online Marketing Center application.
2. I have created a Google Business Profile using the Online Marketing Center application
If you have created your Google Business Profile listing using the Online Marketing Center app, the postcard with the verification code will be sent directly by Google to the address you entered in your account. It can take up to 14 days for the card to arrive. If you haven’t received your verification code within that time frame, please check that the address you entered in Online Marketing Center is correct and contact our support. We will request that Google resend you a new postcard.
If you still haven’t received the postcard after we requested it for a second time, please make sure that the person in charge of the mail is aware that you are expecting such a postcard and that there is no message against advertisement on your postbox as the postcard could be mistaken for advertisement.
