To enable this feature go to Online Store Control Panel → All Sales Channels → Sell with Facebook Messenger.
The store owner will need to have a Facebook account set up first to connect the Instagram account.
Once you are finished, you can start tagging products directly on Instagram.
First, link your Instagram account with your Facebook profile, Instagram will take some time to review your account. You will not be able to create "Shoppable Posts" until the account has been verified.
When your account is approved, Instagram will notify you that you can turn on the product tagging feature.
Enable product tagging for Instagram
1. Go to your Profile.
2. Tap the Get Started alert at the top of your profile.
3. If you don't see the alert, go to Settings.
4. Tap Shopping and Continue.
5. Select a product catalog to connect to your business profile and tap Done.
If you can’t find Shopping under Business Settings in Instagram, your account is probably still under review. If you are still experiencing issues be sure to double-check that you've connected the accounts properly by checking your Facebook, Instagram and Online Store settings (i.e. check address, names, and all other information matches).
